Looking up the stairs on the way to Sachem Head Route: Devil Loop, Pocumtuck Ridge Trail For my second hike of the day, I jogged up to Sachem Head. While the lower elevations had some mud and remaining snowpack, the actual ascent was snow free and dry. The views from the summit, though limited due to moisture, were still strong.
