Horrible mosquitoes. Wachipauka Pond Trail was very grown in, despite being part of the Appalachian Trail. Good views from near the summit of Webster Slide Mountain (walking downhill toward pond or from southern viewpoint).

Directions to trailhead: From Glencliff, take Route 25 just west of the village. There is a large roadside pulloff on the left, adjacent to the trailhead.
