The Dana Carvey Show is now available on DVD!
Considering the limited run of the show, as well as the amount of time that has passed since it was on the air, I figured the DVD would be a very stripped down affair. Not the case!
DVD Contents
In addition to featuring all 7 aired episodes (with sketch by sketch menus available), the DVD also features the eighth (unaired) episode, all of which are in good quality (not the VHS rips that were sold on eBay for some time).
DVD Extras
Beyond the unaired episode, the DVD also contains two extras - a lengthy interview of Robert Smigel and Dana Carvey (filmed just prior to the DVD release), and a reel of deleted scenes (perhaps enough to make half an episode).
