Climbing up the last part of the ledges toward Poets Seat Tower
Rocky Mountain, home of Poets Seat Tower, stands on the east side of Greenfield, MA. The 'green blazed' trail I took didn't appear to have any green blazes - rather, just a lot of broken glass and trash. Running low on patience, I ended up deviating from it and climbing the ledge south of the tower.

Looking west south west from Poet's Seat tower (Greenfield is the darkened town below the hills)
Directions to trailhead: Beacon Field is located a block east of the Hospital on High Street and should have ample parking.
