The officially trailless, wooded summit features a strong directional view toward the Presidentials, Mt. Hale, Willey Range, and North Twin Mountain. On September 6, 2008, accomplished classical music composer Ray Loring lost his life while descending from the peak on a hike with friends. Summit Elevation 3,813 feet Summit Facilities None.
