Hickey Trail to Squaw Peak

Summary
Monument Mountain, partially owned by the Trustees of Reservations, has a very distinct rocky look to it. It was on this mountain that Herman Melville, accompanied by Nathaniel Hawthorne, came up with ideas for the book Moby Dick.

The most popular portion of Monument Mountain is Squaw Peak - accessible by multiple hiking trails.

The Devil's Pulpit, a column of rock just south of Squaw Peak, is a compelling feature.
