Route: Kearsarge North Trail
While I had originally planned to either hike Mt. Webster or some lesser peaks in Maine, I changed my mind in route and headed up to Kearsarge North Mountain.
While it looked like the parking area had been full earlier in the day, by the time I arrived, there were very few cars remaining on the side of the road and in the lot. The trail itself was mostly dry and in good shape.
I once again had the fortune of having the summit to myself. While the views to the south and west were hazy, the views up Evans Notch were great. After spending about twenty minutes at the summit, I called it a day and headed back.
Another nice day on Kearsarge North Mountain.
