Mt. Livermore
Holderness, NH
Trailheads, measurements, times, distances, and maps are all approximate and relative to the hike(s) as shown below.

The Crawford Ridgepole Trail
Route: Old Mountain Road, Crawford-Ridgepole Trail, (Mt. Livermore), Crawford-Ridgepole Trail, Old Mountain Road
Old Mountain Road had about 2-4 inches of powder on top of the previous hardpack base. Only ski traffic up to this point.
Ski tracks headed north on Crawford Ridgepole, but otherwise no recent, non drifted traffic.
Crawford Ridgepole was mostly drifts, ranging from ankle to knee deep. Fun breaking it out with the rising snow, as each snowshoe step threw snow into the air which lit up with the alpenglow. Also a neat visual distortion this morning, as distant peaks to the east appeared to have flat ridges or inverse looking peaks.
