The Crawford Ridgepole Trail
Route: Old Mountain Road, Crawford-Ridgepole Trail, (Mt. Livermore), Crawford-Ridgepole Trail, Old Mountain Road
A snowmobile went up both Old Mountain Road and Crawford Ridgepole Trail at some point in the past few days.
Trails were firm this morning when temperatures were below zero, allowing for booting without issue. Temperatures are supposed to climb 40 degrees in the next 24 hours, so snowshoes will once again be needed for this route, as the footbed is not that consolidated.
Nice sunrise ahead of the front.
