Route: Metacomet-Monadnock Trail

First portion of this Metacomet Monadnock Trail section was pretty gradual. Once it intersects some of the trails coming from the park road, it gets a bit steep and lose. Above that, it hits some nice ledges (similar feel to Mt. Flume in New Hampshire, apart from the graffiti). Nice directional views from adjacent to the summit. Summit is a bit blah due to all of the tower and remains of old buildings. One can drop down the trail either side and get away from that, while enjoying the dramatic cliff views west.
