The ledgy summit features views in nearly all directions. Summit Elevation 1,801 feet Summit Facilities None. Trails The Bald Knob Trail crosses over the summit ledge of Bald Knob. The southern portion, starting on Route 171, is steep and rough in places, while the northern portion, accessible from the Shannon Brook Trail, is generally gradual.
