Osceola, part of the New Hampshire 4,000 footer list, has a wooded summit with limited views. Due to the seasonal closure of Tripoli Road and the steep, sometimes technical nature of the eastern end of the Mt. Osceola Trail, East Osceola becomes more difficult to access in winter. Summit Elevation 4,156 feet Summit Facilities None. Trails The Mt. Osceola Trail ascends from Tripoli Road (closed to vehicles late fall through mid spring), over Mt.
